Negative Pledge on Intellectual Property. The Borrower shall not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien upon the Intellectual Property of the Borrower whether now owned or hereafter acquired, except for encumbrances which may be deemed to arise from licensing, sublicensing or other sharing arrangements permitted under subsection 6.7(d) of the Credit Agreement.
