Negligence, Illegal Act or Willful Misconduct. A Party shall not be liable to the extent that the other Party, its Affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns caused, by the illegal conduct, gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Damages.
