NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL DEFAULT OR BREACH OF LAW. The indemnities in this clause 12 do not extend to any liability, loss, cost, charge or expense that is finally and judicially determined to result from any negligence, wilful default or breach of law by the other parties to this agreement.
