Negotiating Meeting. A. All negotiating meetings shall be conducted in private session outside of the regular school day unless both parties agree to grant released time to those affected team members who are Board employees without loss of pay. B. Upon the motion of either party, the negotiating meeting shall be recessed for no longer than thirty (30) minutes to permit the requesting party to caucus.

Negotiating Meeting. 1. The Superintendent or his designated representative shall meet at reasonable times with representatives of the Association for the purpose of effecting a free exchange of facts, opinions, proposals and counter proposals in a sincere effort to reach mutual understanding and agreement on all appropriate matters submitted for negotiations. 2. Negotiation meetings will not be conducted during the scheduled workday of the Association employees who are members of the negotiating team unless the Association pays the full cost of the substitutes if requested by the Board.
