Negotiation and Contract Administration. 4.10.1 Up to five (5) designated representatives of the District and up to five (5) designated representatives of the Association may meet (if requested by either party) on a mutually agreed upon date, place, and time (with the least impact upon instruction and student support services) once or by mutual agreement more than once during fall and once or more during spring semesters for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the Agreement in force and attempting to resolve any other problems that may arise.
