Negotiation and Proceedings. 10.2.1 Any dispute arising from the construction and enforcement of this Agreement shall be settled through friendly consultation or mediation by a neutral third party first. 10.2.2 If the dispute fails to be resolved within thirty (30) days by such method set forth above, either party shall submit to the court in the location of Party B.
