Negotiation Between Appointed Representatives. Each of the Partners and the Company shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the interpretation, breach or termination of this Agreement (a “Dispute”) promptly by negotiations between the Chief Executive Officer of PEC and Ritblatt. Any Partner or the Company who is a party to a Dispute shall give the other Partners and the Company written notice of any Dispute not resolved in the normal course of business. Within twenty (20) days after delivery of such a notice, executives of all Partners involved in the Dispute, and the Company, shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and place, and thereafter as often as they reasonably deem necessary, to attempt to resolve the Dispute. All negotiations pursuant to this Section 8.1 shall be confidential.
