Common use of Negotiation Between Parties; Mediation Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Between Parties; Mediation. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to or regarding this Agreement including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it (the “Dispute”). If the negotiations do not resolve the Dispute to the reasonable satisfaction of all such Parties within thirty (30) days after one of the Parties has raised the Dispute for negotiation, Section 11.13(b) shall apply.
