Negotiation Days. a. Scheduling of negotiation days are to be as follows: 1. Initial meeting to review sunshine proposals and allow each team to discuss the purpose or intent of the article to be negotiated. Meeting schedule is 12:30pm to 3:30pm 2. Second meeting is a full day scheduled from 8:00am to 3:30pm with appropriate breaks.
