Common use of Negotiation of Claims Clause in Contracts

The parties expressly agree that if the MA Health Plan’s claim for breach of this Agreement cannot be resolved by the Parties in the ordinary course of business or through the use of all reasonable and informal means will be submitted to the negotiation process provided in Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2260, Subchapter B.
