  • Negotiations Leave The Employer agrees to allow two (2) employees either elected or appointed by the Union time off to attend to negotiations for the renewal of this Collective Agreement, providing the employees are not from the same work location, and where operational requirements permit.   • Exclusive Negotiations The State will not bargain collectively or meet with any employee organization other than MSEA-SEIU with reference to terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement. If any such organizations request meetings they will be advised by the State to transmit their requests concerning terms and conditions of employment to MSEA-SEIU.
