Common use of Negotiations with Employees Clause in Contracts

Negotiations with Employees. To the extent required by applicable Law, the Seller and, on request by the Seller, the Purchaser, will (or will cause their applicable Affiliates to) notify the Employees or their representatives (including any relevant works council or trade union) of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and will thereafter enter into and properly conduct consultations with the Employees and/or their representatives, all as required by Law and/or any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
