Negotiations with Other Organizations Prohibited. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any employee group or organization other that the Association in regard to wages, hours, the terms or conditions of employment of employees in the unit represented by the Association or any other topic whatsoever affecting said employees during the term of this Agreement.
