NEPOOL Participant Vote. Following the nomination of the slate by the Nominating Committee, such slate shall be submitted to the Participants Committee for vote. A vote of 70% of the aggregate Sector Voting Shares shall be required for Participants Committee endorsement of the slate. If the Participants Committee endorses the slate, the Nominating Committee shall present such slate to the ISO Board, or a Committee thereof, for a final vote at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the ISO Board.
