Net Charge Off Ratio. As of the end of any calendar month, beginning with the end of the first calendar month in which the first Quarterly Vintage is created, the Net Charge-Off Ratio with respect to any Quarterly Vintage shall be greater than the applicable percentage corresponding to the Weighted Average Seasoning of such Quarterly Vintage increased by one for each month since the creation of the related Quarterly Vintage set forth below:

  • Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

  • Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.10 to 1.00 as of each fiscal quarter end.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Borrower shall not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, determined as at the end of each fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2019, to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.

  • Charge-Offs Any dispute as to whether a Charge-Off of a Shared-Loss Asset was made in accordance with the Examination Criteria shall be finally resolved by the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority.

  • Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period to be greater than 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Senior Leverage Ratio Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis shall have, at the end of each Fiscal Quarter set forth below, a Senior Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such Fiscal Quarter and for the 12-month period then ended of not more than the following:
