NET CONSUMER. 8.1 Consent to the connection of an embedded generator is given subject to: 8.1.1 the condition that the customer remain a net consumer of electricity over a rolling period of twelve months: 8.1.2 the condition that the embedded generator shall not exceed the maximum generator output figure stipulated in Schedule 1. 8.2 Should the customer not remain a net consumer he/she/it shall be deemed to be in breach of this Contract in terms of section 20.
