Net Deposits. As an administrative convenience, the Servicer may make any remittances pursuant to this Article net of amounts to be distributed by the Indenture Trustee to the Servicer. Nonetheless, the Servicer shall account to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee for all of the above described remittances, payments and distributions (except for the Supplemental Servicing Fee, to the extent the Servicer is entitled to retain such amounts) as if all deposits, payments, distributions and transfers were made individually.
