Net Equity Value Clause Samples
Net Equity Value. The Company Net Equity Value shall be equal to or greater than $585,100,000.
Net Equity Value. As of the date hereof, the Net Equity Value of the Company is $127,103 and the Company has at least $535,000 in cash or cash equivalents.
