NET INCOME AND NET LOSS; CASH FLOW. (a) NET INCOME AND NET LOSS. Except as provided in Sections 7.04, 7.05 and 7.06, the determination of each Partner's distributive share of any Partnership Net Income and Net Loss with respect to any Partnership fiscal year shall be made in accordance with and in proportion to such Partner's Partnership Interest during the particular year, after taking into account any variations in the Partner's Partnership Interest during that year.
