Subject to the other provisions contained within this Lease and the Lessee's express rights to abatement of Rent, the Rent shall be paid absolutely net to Lessor, so that this Lease shall yield to Lessor the full amount of the installments of Rent throughout the Term, all as more fully set forth in Section 5, but subject to any other provisions of this Lease that expressly provide for adjustment or abatement of Rent or other charges or expressly provide that certain expenses or maintenance shall be paid or performed by Lessor.
