Net Receipts Payment Consideration. Subject to the provisions in this Section 5.3.1 and Sections 5.3.2 and 7.3, Eton shall pay to Selenix, on a quarterly basis, an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of Net Receipts of Products during the Payment Period (the “Net Receipts Payment Consideration”).
