Net Revenues Allocation. Net Revenues, after the payment of direct expenses related to joint venture activities and the establishment of reasonable reserves as described in Section 7.1, shall be allocated and distributed to the parties as follows To IntelGenx, 50% To ▇▇▇▇, 50% Each Party shall receive its share of Net Revenues within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter in which Net Sales of the Product have been made by the commercial partner. A copy of the calculation of the amount due and payable to each Party shall accompany each Net Revenues payment. In the event that any portion of Net Revenues is in the form of securities or other property, the Steering Committee will determine the most efficient means of distributing such property to the Parties.
