Common use of Net Sales Clause in Contracts

Net Sales. The term “Net Sales” shall mean the gross amounts invoiced by Licensee, its Affiliates, its Sublicensees, any of their respective affiliates, or any of them, on all sales of Licensed Products, less the following items, as applicable to such Licensed Products:

Net Sales. The term “Net Sales” shall mean the gross amounts total amount invoiced by Licenseethe Company, and/or its Affiliates, its Sublicensees, any of their respective affiliates, or any of them, on all subsidiaries and sublicensees in connection with sales of the Licensed ProductsProducts to any person or entity that is not a subsidiary or a sublicensee of the Company pursuant to this Agreement, less after the deduction of all the following items, as to the extent applicable to such Licensed Products:sales;

Net Sales.
