Net Zero Interconnection Service. Where this GIA provides for Net Zero Interconnection Service and the Energy Displacement Agreement or the Monitoring and Consent Agreement required for Net Zero Interconnection Service are no longer in effect, Interconnection Customer shall immediately cease Commercial Operation of the Generating Facility and this GIA shall be deemed terminated.
