Common use of Network adequacy and access to care Clause in Contracts

Network adequacy and access to care. All Members must have timely access to quality of care through a Network of Providers designed to meet the needs of the population served. The MCO will be held accountable for creating and maintaining a Network capable of delivering all Covered Services to Members. The MCO must provide Members with access to qualified Network Providers within the travel distance and waiting time for appointment standards defined in this RFP.
