Common use of Network Affiliation Agreements Clause in Contracts

Network Affiliation Agreements. Each of the network affiliation agreements between the broadcast television stations owned or operated by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and CBS Television Network, NBC TV Network, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., FOX Broadcasting Company, The CW and MyNetworkTV, respectively, have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company or the subsidiary and constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the respective parties thereto.

Network Affiliation Agreements. Each of the network affiliation agreements between the broadcast television stations owned or operated by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and CBS Television Network, NBC TV Network, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., FOX Broadcasting Company, The CW CW, MyNetworkTV and MyNetworkTV, Bounce TV respectively, have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company or the subsidiary and constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the respective parties thereto.

Each of the network affiliation agreements between the broadcast television stations owned or operated by the Company Issuer, the Guarantors or any of its their respective subsidiaries and CBS Television Network, NBC TV Network, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., FOX Broadcasting Company, The CW and MyNetworkTV, respectively, the applicable networks have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company Issuer, the Guarantor or the respective subsidiary and constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the respective parties thereto.
