Network Design and Planning. Installation and troubleshooting services This Agreement includes descriptions of types of Support and the applicable rate structures. New services, and some specific services not explicitly described here may be priced separately than rates described herein. Services requiring their own rate structure will be defined and approved of by Client prior to commencing.
Network Design and Planning. 10.1 Network design and planning of the Network Interconnection between the Parties is as outlined at Annex E hereof.
10.2 The Forecasts provided between the Parties shall be subject to the provisions of Annex E and Annex G hereof.
10.3 Both Annex E and Annex G shall be reviewed by the Joint Technical Committee once every three (3) months and shall be updated by such Committee as may be necessary from time to time.
Network Design and Planning. 11.1. The design and planning of the Interconnect Network is set out in the Network Plan. The Network Plan shall cover a 2 year planning period.
11.2. Subject to clause 11.3 the Network Plan shall be reviewed and (where necessary) updated on each anniversary of this MVCT Agreement or otherwise from time to time as may be agreed by the Parties.
11.3. The planning year, in respect of the Interconnect Network and the Network Plan shall commence from the date of execution of this MVCT Agreement. During the first six months of the Term of this MVCT Agreement the Parties will undertake an ongoing review of the Network Plan.
11.4. OAO shall provide Vodafone with capacity forecasts in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Operations and Maintenance Manual.
11.5. Where OAO cancels ordered Switch Port capacity before the requested implementation date for the Switch Part but the order has already been acknowledged by Vodafone, OAO shall pay Vodafone one (1) years rental fee for each Switch Port so cancelled.
Network Design and Planning. 9.1. Network design and planning of the Interconnection shall be in accordance with the Network Plan as agreed between STC and Mobily. The Network Plan shall relate to the next two (2) years.
9.2. The Network Plan shall be reviewed and updated by STC and Mobily on a frequency to be agreed between both STC and Mobily by the Technical Review Committee. In any case, the maximum period between reviews shall not exceed one (1) year and the revised plan shall be agreed upon no later than the end of June of each year.
9.3. In addition to the production of the Network Plan, STC and Mobily shall revise the forecasts for Interconnect Links as per the procedure set out in the RIO, Annex E (Forecasting). The agreed forecast shall be considered as part of the Network Plan.
9.4. The forecasts provided by both STC and Mobily represent the good faith expectations of each Party of the capacity requirements on the Interconnect Links.
9.5. Both STC and Mobily reserve the right to recover, from the other Party, all unavoidable costs incurred as a result of any shortfall in capacity ordered, according to the forecasting procedures set out in the RIO, Annex E (Forecasting).

The Network Plan shall be updated if so required by the Authority.
11.2 The Forecasts provided between the Parties shall be regulated by the provisions of Annex E and Annex G hereof.
11.3 The Network Plan shall be reviewed and updated by the Parties on an annual basis and agreed by both parties by the end of October of each year. However, it may be necessary to review and agree the Network Plan at other intervals as well to comply with and implement directions of requirements of the Authority.
