Common use of Network Notifications Clause in Contracts

Network Notifications. The official means of communication regarding non-material changes related to Claims and/or reimbursement such as new coding edits, documentation requirements, accepted modifiers and other billing issues. Network Notifications are published a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of the change and are located on the CMHSP website atClick or tap here to enter text. For purpose of this definition, “non-material changes” are those changes related to Claims and/or reimbursements that will not decrease Provider’s payment or compensation or will not change the administrative procedures in a way that may reasonably be expected to significantly increase Provider’s administrative expense.
