Network Operation. The Genuity ATM network supports transport of ATM Cells of type AAL1, AAL2, AAL3, AAL4, and AAL5 compliant with ITU-T I.363 B-ISDN. . The Genuity ATM network measures cell rate performance on a VCC and VPC basis. . The Genuity ATM network supports the ability to track, calculate, and report on dropped ATM cells on a VCC and VPC basis. . The Genuity ATM network supports the UPC function on all VCCs and VPCs to ensure proper congestion control and traffic management. . The Genuity ATM network support automatic re-routing of connections due to network congestion and circuit loss based upon highest circuit priority.

The Network Operator shall be solely responsible for: (i) Provisioning and Operating the ChargePoint Network – provisioning and operating, maintaining, administration and support of the ChargePoint Network infrastructure (but excluding Subscribers’ Charging Stations and infrastructure for transmitting data from Networked Charging Stations to any ChargePoint Network operations center); (ii)
Network Operation. CCT Shanghai-will provide resources to support the.operation of the CCLX NOCs 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. CCT Shanghai will provide qualified engineers and operations center personnel as required to adequately monitor the system as mutually agreed by CCT Shanghai and CCLX. CCT Shanghai will make available personnel at the NOC to provide technical advice, consultation and network control services, consisting of monitoring, configuration management, and troubleshooting, including field dispatch. NOC personnel will also provide technical assistance for onsite management and maintenance of the NOC facilities themselves. CCT Shanghai will provide technical advice, consultation and support for all aspects of NOC operation including the following: • Staffing • Preventive Maintenance • Reports • Record Keeping • Trouble-shooting • Traffic analysis • System expansion
Network Operation. 1. The Seller shall provide operator training seminars which shall put the trained staff into the position to operate the transmission network based on the Seller's products.
2. The training courses shall consist of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part shall provide essential theoretical technical information of the System. The practical training shall cover all areas of operation (configuration management, fault management, performance management, accounting management, security management and system administration). CCG staff shall be especially trained on emergency procedures for specific fault situations.
3. The seller shall provide an appropriate test system configuration where the practical part of the training can be carried out in a real-time environment.

Network Operation. 3.1 Customer shall be solely responsible for, and shall bear the entire cost of, operating, maintaining and repairing the Interconnection Facilities and shall do so in a manner consistent with industry standards.
3.2 Company shall be solely responsible for, and shall bear the entire cost of, operating, maintaining and repairing the Switching Facilities, the Switching Nodes and the Transport Network, and shall do so in a manner consistent with industry standards. To the extent technologically and economically feasible, reasonable and appropriate, Company may from time to time, but shall not be obligated to, modify the configuration and capabilities of, and make such other hardware and software modifications and upgrades to, the Switching Facilities and/or the Switching Nodes as shall be reasonably required to accommodate the Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Traffic. Company shall notify Customer as far in advance as practicable, and consult with Customer in good faith, before relocating or modifying the Switching Facilities or the Switching Nodes.
3.3 Company shall exercise its reasonable best efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the Switching Facilities, the Switching Nodes and the Network. In the event that Company fails to maintain a reasonable blocking standard, or one or more of the Switching Facilities, one or more of the Switching Nodes and/or the Network, or a substantial part thereof, is out of service for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) hours or more, or for seventy-two (72) hours within any thirty (30) day period, it shall take such actions as are necessary and appropriate to remedy these deficiencies, subject to reasonable economic and technical constraints. In the event Company fails to timely act in response to a Customer request, Customer may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 10, hereof.
3.4 Company shall provide network monitoring and technical support for the Services on a twenty-four (24) hour/seven (7) day a week basis.
3.5 In response to a trouble report received from Customer, Company shall provide a status report to Customer. For non-critical troubles, Company shall escalate in four (4) hour intervals the involvement of Company personnel through intervening supervisory personnel to the Vice President and 5 TRAFFIC CARRIAGE AGREEMENT ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- General Manager until the troubles have been resolved. Network Operation. Consolidated warrants that it will operate and maintain the broadband network within commercially reasonable standards of service. This in no way guarantees any specific level of service, uptime or reliability. However, the network shall be capable of offering Internet download speeds consistent with the RFP and defined within its guidelines. However, use of the Network Assets is subject in all cases to Consolidated’s Internet Terms & Conditions, Internet Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable terms, conditions, and policies located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/support/terms-policies (collectively, the “Consolidated Terms”), and Consolidated reserves its right to restrict or terminate a subscriber’s use of any Consolidated service in accordance with the Consolidated Terms. At all times, Consolidated will be responsible for all maintenance costs associated with the entire network.

EVC agrees to provide and shall be solely responsible for: (i) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the EVC Charging Network infrastructure (other than Subscriber’s Charging Stations and infrastructure for transmitting data from Subscriber’s Charging Stations to any EVC Charging Network operations center); (ii) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the EVC Charging Network Web Portal; and (iii) operating the EVC Charging Network in compliance with all applicable laws.

KSI agrees to provide and shall be solely responsible for: (i) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the KSI Charging Network infrastructure); (ii) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the KSI Charging Network Web Portal; and (iii) operating the KSI Charging Network in compliance with all applicable laws.
