Smart Columbus Partnership. The Parties acknowledge and agree that AEP will have no obligation to provide Routine Maintenance, Non-Routine Maintenance, or Emergency Repairs to any Equipment installed at any Smart Columbus Asset.
Smart Columbus Partnership.
