Network Resources Not Controlled by. Contractor Software Response Times shall measure the local Licensed Software and CDS performance and shall not be subject to Remote-Site delays imposed (i) by remote communication lines or network issues outside the control of the Contractor (or its Subcontractors) or (ii) by WMATA-Selected Workstations. Equipment Performance shall be measured starting from the time the request is received beyond the defined point of demarcation and end when the response is sent through the defined point of demarcation.
