Common use of Network Rights Clause in Contracts

Network Rights. Bank is a member in good standing of the Network in which the Co-Branded Credit Cards participate and has full authority under such Network Rules to issue the Co-Branded Credit Cards, use and display (and permit Company to use and display in accordance with this Agreement) such Network trademarks, servicemarks and logos, and otherwise perform its obligations under this Agreement.
