Network Services Local Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop of $2,135 for DS-3 Access Service at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The circuit must be installed for a minimum of 60 months (“Service Term”). If Customer terminates the circuit before the end of the Service Term, Company reserves the right to charge the Customer an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for each month remaining in the Service Term.
