NEUTRAL INTERPRETATTON. This Agreement shall not be construed more strictly against one Party than another merely because it may have been prepared by counsel for one of the Parties, it being recognized that, because of the arms-length negotiations and mediation resulting in the Agreement, all parties have contributed substantially and materially to the preparation of the Agreement.
