Nevada Gaming Authorities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 9.6, the rights of the Lenders to make assignments of, and grant participations in, any or all of its Commitments or any Loan or Letter of Credit made or issued by it, or any interest therein, herein or in any other Obligations owed to any such Lender, shall be subject to the lawful orders of the Nevada Gaming Commission, to the extent required by the Nevada Gaming Laws.
