NEVADA Software Changes Clause Samples

NEVADA Software Changes. When NEVADA plans to introduce any software changes which impact the format or content structure of the usage data feed to CLEC, designated NEVADA personnel shall notify CLEC of such changes within any time period specified by the FCC or Commission for that purpose, and in any event will use reasonable best efforts to notify CLEC no less than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days before such changes are implemented. NEVADA will communicate the projected changes to the appropriate groups in CLEC so that potential impacts on CLEC processing can be determined. CLEC personnel will review the impact of the change on the entire control structure as described in Section 1.5.3, Post Conversion Test Plan. CLEC will negotiate any perceived problems with NEVADA and will arrange to have the data tested utilizing the modified software. If it is necessary for NEVADA to request changes in the schedule, content or format of usage data transmitted to CLEC, NEVADA will notify CLEC.
