Common use of New accounts and ruling off Clause in Contracts

New accounts and ruling off. (a) Any Secured Party may open a new account in the name of the Chargor at any time after that Secured Party has received or is deemed to have received notice of any subsequent Security affecting any Charged Property (except as permitted by the Secured Debt Documents or where Required Creditor Consent has been obtained). (b) If a Secured Party does not open a new account in the circumstances referred to in paragraph (a) above it shall nevertheless be deemed to have done so upon the occurrence of such circumstances, and all payments made by or on behalf of the Chargor to that Secured Party shall be credited or be treated as having been credited to the relevant new account. (c) No moneys paid into any account (whether new or continuing) after the occurrence of the circumstances referred to in paragraph (a) above shall reduce or discharge the Secured Obligations.
