Common use of New and Existing Customers Clause in Contracts

New and Existing Customers. A New Customer is defined as an individual or business entity that has NOT had ACTIVE Services with GTA for ninety (90) days and does not have any outstanding balances. If a customer does not meet the above criteria, then they will be defined as an Existing Customer. If a former Customer attempts to activate terminated services within 90 days, this account will NOT be considered a new Customer, but rather a reactivation of an existing Customer and/or Services. Customers are identified by (but not limited to): Name, Business Name, DBA, Mailing or Physical Address, Social Security Number, Federal Tax ID, or EIN.
