New Applicable Cash Flow. Subject to the payment by the Lessee of the Prepaid Rental, the Prepayment Cash Flow produced in accordance with paragraph 8.3 above shall be substituted for the last preceding Applicable Cash Flow to the exclusion of any previous Cash Flow.
