New Articles 26A to 26H. The following articles shall be inserted immediately after Article 26 (Mutual Agreement Procedure). However, the articles shall not apply to this Agreement if a Contracting State raises an objection under Article 28(2)(b) of the MLI to the reservations that had been made by the other Contracting State under Article 28(2)(a) of the MLI. Such an objection may be raised by Singapore by 27 February 2021.
