New Class C Stockholders. All actions required to be taken by, or approvals or consents of, the New Class C Stockholders under this Agreement shall be taken by consent or approval by, or agreement of, the holders of a majority of the DTI Securities held by the New Class C Stockholders, and such consent, approval or agreement shall constitute the necessary action, approval or consent by the New Class C Stockholders.
