Common use of New Grantor Clause in Contracts

New Grantor. The execution and delivery in favor of Agent of a Joinder to this Agreement in substantially the form of Annex 1 by any Person that may be required pursuant to the Credit Agreement or that has otherwise agreed to become a party to this Agreement as a Grantor, along with any related instrument, adding such Person as an additional Grantor as a party to this Agreement shall not require the consent of any Grantor hereunder, and such additional Grantor shall become a Grantor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally named as a Grantor herein. The rights and obligations of each Grantor hereunder shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the addition of any new Grantor hereunder.
