New Iberia Sublease Sample Clauses

New Iberia Sublease. Prior to the Closing Date the Parties shall use best efforts to negotiate and enter into a sublease, on market based terms and conditions mutually agreeable to the Parties and for a term of up to two (2) years commencing as of the Closing Date (the “Sublease”), covering a to be agreed portion of the real property leased by Seller in New Iberia, Louisiana (the “New Iberia Property”) sufficient to house the portion of the Purchased Assets currently located at the New Iberia Property and Rig 41P. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain any required consent to the Sublease from the landlord of the New Iberia Property.
