Common use of NEW INCREMENTAL ORDERS Clause in Contracts

NEW INCREMENTAL ORDERS. 5.1 Axtel will purchase the FWA Equipment and FWA Spare Parts (the “New Incremental FWA Equipment”) specified in Attachment “B” this Amendment Agreement No.2 (hereinafter Attachment “B”) by placing incremental Purchase Orders as scheduled in Attachment “B” (hereinafter the “New Incremental Orders”). For this New Incremental Orders, the terms and conditions of the FWA PLA as amended by this Amendment Agreement No. 2 will apply, unless is otherwise agreed by the Parties in this Section 5.
