New Jersey Law Governs. This Agreement shall be executed, governed, enforced, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. The parties hereto consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of New Jersey for the judicial resolution of any and all disputes that may arise under this Agreement, including without limitation enforcement of this Agreement and damages relating to a breach thereof.
