New Lease Agreement/Right of First Refusal. (1) Providing that Lessor's FCC license remains in good standing and/or Lessor seeks to renew such license, Lessee and Lessor shall negotiate in good faith for a new excess capacity airtime lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as "New Lease Agreement") no later than one hundred eighty days (180) prior to the end of the latter of (i) Initial Term or (ii) the Renewal Term if the Agreement is extended for the Renewal Term.
