New Management Equity Incentive Plan. It is anticipated that the Corporation will adopt one or more new management equity incentive plans (the “Anticipated Equity Incentive Plans”). Corporation agrees that the Anticipated Equity Incentive Plans shall reflect the pricing of the Corporation’s Class A Common Stock in the Offering and under this Agreement.
