Additional Contributions The Member is not required to make any additional capital contribution to the Company. However, the Member may at any time make additional capital contributions to the Company in cash or other property.

Contribution Allocation The Advisory Committee will allocate deferral contributions, matching contributions, qualified nonelective contributions and nonelective contributions in accordance with Section 14.06 and the elections under this Adoption Agreement Section 3.04. Allocation of Contributions You may place your contributions in one fund or in any combination of funds, although your employer may place restrictions on investment in certain funds.
Additional Capital Contributions and Issuances of Additional Partnership Interests Except as provided in this Section 4.2 or in Section 4.3, the Partners shall have no right or obligation to make any additional Capital Contributions or loans to the Partnership. The General Partner may contribute additional capital to the Partnership, from time to time, and receive additional Partnership Interests in respect thereof, in the manner contemplated in this Section 4.2.

No Additional Capital Contributions Except as otherwise provided in this Article V, no Partner shall be required to make additional Capital Contributions to the Partnership without the consent of such Partner or permitted to make additional capital contributions to the Partnership without the consent of the General Partner.
Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law. (b) It is understood that the administrative intent of this Article is that the Employer contribution is made for individuals who are participants in the medical insurance coverages. Participation will mean that eligible less-than-full-time employees who drop out of coverage will be considered to participate. Additionally, employees who elect to opt out of coverage for a cash incentive will be considered to participate.
Rollover Contributions An amount which qualifies as a rollover contribution pursuant to the Federal Internal Revenue Code may be transferred to and paid under this contract as a contribution for a Participant. Prudential may require proof that the amount paid so qualifies.
Additional Capital Contributions No Member shall be required to make additional capital contributions. A Member may make additional capital contributions to the Company.
