Buyer may elect to obtain a new survey or revise, modify, or re‑certify any existing survey (“Survey”) as necessary in order for the Title Company to delete the survey exception from the Title Policy or to otherwise satisfy Buyer’s objectives; provided, however, in no event shall the issuance and/or receipt of such Survey be a condition precedent to, or delay, Closing.
