NEW PROCESSES. If any process not covered by the terms of this Agreement is installed by the Company, a temporary rate will be established and the process will be put into operation. Both parties will meet within ninety (90) days after installation for the purpose of agreeing to a permanent rate. In the event the agreement on a satisfactory rate cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the Grievance Procedure and the new rate will be effective the date of the grievance.
NEW PROCESSES. The parties will discuss in good faith the details of the introduction of new process technologies, technology roadmaps and new Process Nodes at FoundryCo (subject to, in each case, any applicable constraints to which FoundryCo may be subject pursuant to any confidentiality obligations (whether oral or in writing) to or confidentiality agreements with third parties) for use to manufacture Products, including production capacity, ramp time, dependencies and Wafer Prices. As between FoundryCo and AMD, FoundryCo will bear all expenses for introducing new process technology and new Process Nodes, as further described in Exhibit A, other than AMD-Specific Manufacturing Process Technologies.

NEW PROCESSES. The Xxxxxxx shall give the Union reasonable notice when the Company intends to introduce any new process or equipment. Within ten (10) days of submitting such notice the Company agrees to meet Union representatives in order to discuss the time, procedure and training necessary for the introduction of such processes or equipment.
